story. One story is that of all the women he abused and the other story of his actions as a Judge. When people say they don't believe the women the journalist should pivot to his actions as a judge. You cannot dispute his actions as a judge because they are fact. He was the only Alabama Supreme Court judge to side with a man who raped a 4 year old because he didn't see that the child experienced any long lasting harm. A man who raped a 12 year old took a plea deal. Moore said that they guy should have been able to introduce the girl's sexual history in court (i.e. weaken if not destroy the rape shield law). Only someone who knows that he may find himself in court one day on sex charges would be so interested in destroying the rape shield law.
