And Collins certainly does not like the injection of the ACA again.

And can we count on Rand Paul to not accept anything that adds $1.5 trillion to the deficit?

know this. I think it's because of the likelihood of their doing away with the filibuster altogether. I guess no since in forcing that as long as we can hope for sane republicans to do the right thing.
