Trans ban ?

I was on another site and a Deplorable said Doug Jones was for '"open bathrooms" which he opposed. I asked him how such a ban on trans people using the restroom of the gender they identify with would be enforced.

Would they have someone check your genitalia at the door ? Also, trans people who have chosen and completed gender reassignment surgery have the genitalia of the gender they identify with.


Maybe we should do what we have always done, just use the restroom you feel comfortable in.
