Six of them, including these three, endorsed Hillary. The Birmingham News referred to Trump as 'dangerous'.

One paper, The Gadsden Times, said "Study the issues and vote accordingly".

The Gadsden Times (in the town where Moore's attacks took place) on this election? It's hard to summarize: it appears to be criticizing Moore's base, the religious right, but says the 'process should play out', and that it's at the point "where the politicians must do something they’re often loath to do — trust the voters to do the right thing. Novel concept, isn’t it?"

Sits on border of Ala/Georgia. Fairly sophisticated as Ala. large towns go.
