In the beginning, Eric was donating the Trump facilities, gratis for the evnt and thus costs were low. Apparently, DT found out and blew his stack insisting Eric charge them a bundle..... 1/4 mil +.

by a Smart Lady who was a Nixon era Prosecutor,her comment was,Trump era investigations and Criminal Trials with by going for five to six years after Trump is out off or removed from the White House.
