Trump: 'Moore totally denies it'

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump on Tuesday defended embattled Alabama Republican Roy Moore, all but endorsing the Senate candidate who has been accused of sexual assault.

"He denies it. Look, he denies it," Trump said of Moore. "If you look at all the things that have happened over the last 48 hours. He totally denies it. He says it didn't happen. And look, you have to look at him also."

Several women have come forward and accused Moore of pursuing romantic relationships with them when they were teenagers and he was in his 30s, and several others also have accused him of assault.

He has denied the allegations.

It seems that as long as you totally deny any wrongdoing you are less likely to receive any repercussions. Those who are honest and admit they have done wrong and apologize-gone into the ether. Those who vigorously deny and make claims that it is all a political witch hunt-they get away with it. What kind of message is this sending?

He said it earlier - they can't let a liberal take that Senate seat.

The destruction of the Republican Party is coming by flipping the script on their so-called principles. Every time they align to support Trump, it's at the expense of any claims to morality, 'family values', or fiscal responsibility.

I don't care what they say. There is proof that they are lying and they need to pay for what they have done.
