New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman (D) is investigating what he calls a massive scheme to corrupt the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with fake public comments on net neutrality.
In an open letter to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai, the Schneiderman said the agency hasn't provided him with information "critical" to an investigation his office is conducting.
Schneiderman said in a tweet his office has been investigating a "massive scheme" over the last six months to "corrupt the FCC's comment process on net neutrality by impersonating 100,000s of real Americans."

So what is there Pai-----did you do due diligence to investigate this issue-------I don't think so. This country when it comes to internet service ranks below Greece in infrastructure, we can't even get highway money to bring us to the 21st century, and all your worried about Pai, is that the you want to fuck the rural communities and give oligarchs the means to slow down the speed or increase the speed, if there is enough money in there pockets and not doing a fucking thing to upgrade the system.
FUCK YOU Pai, this is one infrastructure that needs to be regulated FOR EVERYONE to HAVE ACCESS, your as dangerous as the fucking malignant narcissistic sociopath in the WH
Hey Pai have you seen this---------------------read it and see what needs to be done, instead of what your trying to do asshole

(42,714 posts)There are hundreds, probably thousands, of "fake" comments in the net neutrality docket. I went to the FCC website and searched for comments filed by "Donald Trump' and found nearly 200 -- and from the few that I read, they were pro-net neutrality regulation.
Anyone who thinks the FCC's decision on net neutrality is influenced in any way by the one page comments ostensibly filed by individual citizens (rather than the detailed legal and policy arguments filed by industry and consumer groups) hasn't a clue how the process really works.
This is a stupid exercise by Schneiderman, who should be focusing his attention on Trump and Trump's family, not pursuing a process that everyone understands is a joke.
