Its just a Private club on Palm Beach, with bungalows, dinner, Tennis Courts and a pool. Its about 4 miles from the end of the runway at the airport.

The tip off was a "town hall" sit down in which he pulled out some papers. They clearly were written with a 20/20 pen - it's like a sharpie but doesn't bleed through the page - my experience with the blind/low vision community had made me aware of these.
