If it was a consensual picture that the receiver wanted to get and it was originally shared within an adult relationship.

I would defend a female politician if an ex-boyfriend posted a nude picture of them they had shared within a private relationship.

A privately shared nude photo within an adult relationship (that the subject had no intention of being made public) is now considered something that one must apologize for. I personally don;t have much sympathy for him either, I'm thinking of the overall media frenzy that is swirling around all this type of stuff now.

And I would never want to infringe on a relationship between consenting adults but it’s hard to show any sympathy to assholes like this who would never be that discerning or understanding.
