Photo of Franken greeting constituents at 2010 Minnesota State Fair.

He's wearing a white shirt, not the navy one he's wearing in the photo with one of the accusers.

I found this by going to Google Images, and searching for Al Franken state fair 2010, and I couldn't find any photo of him wearing the shirt shown in the Menz photo, but lots of him wearing white. Maybe someone else can.

When it's Open:
The Minnesota State Fair runs from August 26–September 6th, 2010. The fairgrounds are open from 6:00 am to midnight.

I don't think the photo is relevant because it doesn't prove or disprove anything. Another thing to think about is the fact that notwithstanding its reputation Minnesota is often HOT in August. He could have changed shirts.

at the State Fair, but none of him wearing the shirt that Menz posted? At least, that I could find.
