War on Christmas. Maybe it is because I ‘ve tried to tune that crap out or ignore it. Or maybe there really IS less. It is a stupid, stupid thing to argue over. How we greet each other during this “season” shouldn't be dictated by one group or another, but somehow, that is where we find ourselves.

The right wing figured out that scab could be picked very easily with a phony war and like good soldiers, their peeps would eagerly join right in with the outrage. As if being greeted with a Happy Holidays is an insult worse than a big FU, they wail on Facebook and other platforms how THEY are going to greet any and all with a Merry Christmas this year. Well, bully for you.

Still, the issue seems kinda old and uninteresting this year. I’ve only seen one post on Facebook so far mentioning how they will greet strangers, friends and family this year. So maybe even the minions are getting worn out with it.

How about we just live and let live. Be glad you get greeted...period....and return a greeting of your own that conveys the spirit of the season. Love, kindness and peace. What a concept!
