I’ve lost it more than a few times on Facebook and elsewhere. A rational person can only stand so much delusional, hateful thinking.

Instead of going over politics late at night, read something of interest that is in no way political, and give your mind a break.

I can’t even calculate how often I think about Trump (and all the insane crap that he does) throughout the course of an average day. I know it’s not healthy to do so.

I was chatting with a friend on Facebook earlier tonight telling her I have to stop watching the TV news for a few days because I am getting so depressed about what is going on with our crazy (literally) leader. Some trump lover chimed in to say that maybe we should just all move far far away and how he is making things great for all Americans. I was like, "Was I talkin to you." Then he started in with how Obama screwed us and left us in terrible debth. I mean really, you just can't argue with STUPID.

Hint:. NOT YOU

Sometimes losing your patience and pushing back against such ignorance is completely understandable and even justified. I would say that this is a instance where it's A-OK.

Don't beat yourself up over it It needed to be said.

Bertrand Russell in his autobiography has a chapter starting “I have met people who believe...” and went on for 3 pages listing an amazing variety of insanely idiotic beliefs. You can not read it without howling with laughter at our human folly. It just comes with the territory, like the hills and lakes and Walmart stores. There is no known cure, all we can do is be amazed at how bizarre it is.

I just try to see the humor in how weird people can be.

Trump Claims Voice on “Access Hollywood” Tape Is Actually Hillary Clinton Imitating Him

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Casting further doubt on the authenticity of his notorious “Access Hollywood” tape, Donald J. Trump said on Monday that the voice on the tape was actually that of Hillary Clinton, imitating him.

“That’s not me on the tape,” he said. “That’s Hillary faking like she is me.”

Trump said that he had a theory to explain how Clinton came up with the infamous “locker-room talk” that appeared on the tape. “It’s so obvious that Bill came up with that,” he said.

Trump added that if the special counsel, Robert Mueller, has any recordings of Trump associates, such as Paul Manafort or Michael Flynn, colluding with Russians, those voices will “probably turn out to belong to Crooked Hillary also.”
