John Dowd Contradicts Himself When TRYING To Defend Trump Tweet

John Dowd seems to contradict himself in the explanation he gave to @axios about the Trump tweet.

First he says he drafted the tweet, in which Trump says he fired Flynn because he lied to the FBI.

Then he says that Trump didn’t know at the time that Flynn had lied to the FBI.

Trump wrote that tweet - no lawyer would have worded it the way it was worded. Pled vs pleaded. Trump is in trouble.

Legal malpractice, lying for a client.
Getting caught at it = no client/lawyer privilege any more. Down just made himself a witness.

She was careful in Senate hearing to not make accusation that Flynn had lied. It seems apparent now that Justice Dept was refraining from calling him a liar until FBI and Justice Dept could get farther along in their investigation and hold that over Flynn to get plea deal.
