A) Al Franken can sue for defamation and exonerate himself, or

B) Al Franken can make this a chapter for his new book and not fear that Tweeden will successfully sue for defamation herself as he would have the evidence that his contentions are true.

Being a lawyer, she of course knew both that, and that she was depriving a lifelong Democrat, of his constitutional right to due process, so the truth could emerge.

Yeah, no hypocricy by her.

As the USO Tour happened before Al Franken was elected to the Senate, the FTCA wouldn't apply.

I don't understand why that statute could hinder Al Franken for suing her for defamation. I could understand if she were suing him for something she alleged he did while in office.

Then she provided a picture which SHE SAID was NOT him actually groping her breasts, but pretending to. That means the first time she told her story, it was a LIE. Her story of being groped was not the truth and she gave us the pictures to prove it.

Then, as further proof of sexual assault, she literally provided the script for a play.

He's repeatedly said that as a contestant on the Apprentice that he has footage of Trump saying some truly horrific things, even bordering on unfiltered racism, and has never put anything out to the contrary. And he's been saying this since two years ago. It seems like it's all bullshit at this point unless Tom can provide some actual incriminating evidence to support his claims.

We do know Roger Stone knew about the Tweeden story before it broke. We know Tweeden has been on Hannity's show at least 17 times and showed him the picture back in 2007. We know based on her twitter feed, she's close friends with Don Jr, Ivanka, and Jared. And we have proof of her squeezing a male singers butt at a USO tour concert without his permission and getting very sexual with Robin Williams.

I view her credibility as a victim at about zero, and it's obvious this was a right-wing hit job against a tough Senator who was giving Sessions issues.

The subsequent claims by several women, Democrats among them, were the fatal blows.

Besides that slug Dupuy, is anyone 100% sure of the party affiliations of Franken's accusers 100%?
