Kirsten Gillibrand is a rising star? Jeff Sessions should send her flowers

There are a lot of people really happy with Kirsten Gillibrand these days

Sean Hanninty and Roger Stone are drinking cocktails and slapping high fives to Gillibrand

Mitch McConnell could not be happier with Kirsten Gillibrand

But there is no one in the world more happy whith Kirsten Gillibrand right now than Jeff Sessions

Session should send Gillibrand a big bouquet of flowers and a thank you note

4. Are we an echo chamber?

I have been asking this question on several threads.

Spent a few days with a group of friends who i know are all democrats but never have been politically active. They have always voted democratic but you would never find them on DU or at a rally. Their main source of news is the TV.

Over dinner the discussion turned to current events, specifically what one of the group reffered to the "perv purge" and how great it was that women were leading the purge. Her specific example was the courage of senator Gillibrand. She was surprised at finding out Franken was "one of the pervs"

So I ask the question. Are we an echo chamber? Do my friends represent the majority of the democratic party?

The media has largely ignored the details of the accusations facing Franken and run simply with the quantity. You would be hard pressed to find any coverage whatsoever on TV that laid out how this farce went down.

I think a part of that is the fear of undercutting a movement that is long over due. But if the movement can't stand under scrutiny then it is nothing more than a witch hunt anyway and will eventually do far more harm then good.

That was very lazy and in evidence on the msnbc shows.

Are they so lacking in critical thinking ability? None of the claims was solid, certainly not without an investigation.

In what other case has the MSM been so sloppy? It's rare.

A simple search just for "Gillibrand": https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=news&q=gillibrand&src=typd

And before it comes, they're not all bots - check out the background of as many as you like.
