Jones, the Democratic nominee, holds a 10-point lead over Republican nominee Moore, according to a Fox News poll released on Monday.

Earlier, an Emerson College poll pegged Moore with a 9-point advantage over Jones ...

Do not believe this poll. Fox news wants Jones voters to stay home and wants to motivate Moore voters to vote.

It shows that the same polling group using the same methods had almost the same result the last time it polled in November, no surging, in fact Jones is up a bit.

The problem for pollsters is to determine who is a "likely voter" in such an unusual election. This is the most interesting point IMO

A subtle but potentially noteworthy finding is Alabama voters who were interviewed on cellphones are +30 for Jones, while the race is roughly even among all others. The fact that traditional, high-quality probability samples, like the Fox News Poll, include both landline and cellphone numbers may be why these polls show Jones doing relatively well compared to automated or blended polls.

So when moore wins they can tout:

"See President trump has turned politics on it's ear, no poll is to be believed"

More propaganda.
