It's a difficult thing to pursue. I have first-hand knowledge of the process. I reported a dog abuse incident to the local Police. It took FOREVER to be resolved but it finally was. The animal was removed from the loathsome human who owned her.

I've ridden a few but I'm hardly an expert. However, Moore on that poor horse was awful. Not only was he clearly awkward, but he had no concern for Sassy. I hope she throws him and kicks the shit out of him.
