omarosa was a prime example. constant drama.

in virtually all actual workplaces, people who create constant drama are horrible people to have around. but i get it, it plays well on that sort of tv show because people seem to enjoy watching train wrecks. come to think of it, train wrecks are bad for business, too, even if people can't no look at them.

it seems omarosa's only real skill set is that ability to bring drama to the workplace.
