You're right in that he decided to burn Obama at this dinner, but the "birther" movement was already in full swing at that point. Trump was already balls-to-the-wall, trying to deny Obama anything and everything.

In "The Art of The Deal," Trump (ghostwriter) talks about how imperative it is to always get revenge. Revenge is a key component to every key decision when somebody wrongs Mr. Trump.

The point about trump wanting revenge cannot be understated. It is the primary driver of his actions, and it is not limited to just those perceived slights, it applies to everyone at all times. The bloodsucking cockroach "president" we have wants revenge on the whole world, so no one should be surprised when some new outrage manifests itself. There is no bottom, there is no "new low," there is nothing this filthy piece of raw sewage will not do. All you have to do is wait, it is just like this asswipe says at times, "we'll see." Yeah, we will.

And the only people who truly identify with him are the ones as damaged and crazy and racist as he is.

Because of course the hardest thing of all for 45 to accept is that one of the most admired, most loved, most respected, most intelligent, most accomplished (especially considering what he was up against) Presidents is also half-black.
