As to the FBI being partisan, did not Comey go public with the newly found clinton

emails in October 2016 because some in the New York section of the FBI were threatening to leak? Otherwise an FBI would not comment on reopening an investigation. Did i get that right? So Trump is just blowing hot air on the FBI democratic bias. They are people and can side with democrats or republicans.

with excuse that FBI policy was to not reveal pending investigations. ( But okay to reveal they were looking at more Clinton emails and now okay to reveal investigation into anti-Trump FBI agents' private emails)
