Dems let GOP open Pandora's Box. GOP got a taste of success when Franken was booted.

So now fellow DU'ers...shall we start to compile a list callled "Hit Job?"

How much time and money will Dem after Dem have to incur to defend charges that alter perception.

Because ya know, Truth suffers at the hand of perception....

How many of these charges will be used in GOP political ads in 2018 and beyond?

If you assume from the start that somebody is guilty based on accusations, even anonymous ones, then its very easy to get rid of that somebody.
By the way the accused doesn't have to be a man.

fraught with drip drip drip of "disclosures, accusations," etc.

We don't have enough water to put out all of the fires being started.

Isn't that the point of the GOP?

Any sort of accusations-gone.
Democratic party decided to go for "zero tolerance" to contrast ourselves from Trump. Well, Trump is not going anywhere. But a lot of democrats might.
