They should rightfully be revised from serving on any committees related to the Russia probe until they are jailed.

If you're not familiar with Dershowitz you should google him. Very prominent (usually?) liberal lawyer and now law school professor. Worked on OJ's trial, IIRC.

I've seen him a couple of times recently on MSNBC and he always supports a pro-Trump position, as in collusion isn't a crime, and something far more appalling (to me): that Trump can't obstruct justice. He was on last Friday (or the week before) with Ari Melber on his faux courtroom exploration of this subject. I was revolted.
