Mueller has an outline of places where Trump was personally involved

MUELLER HAS AN OUTLINE OF PLACES WHERE TRUMP WAS PERSONALLY INVOLVED
Most importantly, consider what those morons laid out: they want to claim that these emails from the transition period — emails they insist were not government emails — are protected by Executive Privilege.

The legal claim is ridiculous; as I and far smarter people have noted, you don’t get Executive Privilege until you become the actual Executive on inauguration day.

But that they made the claim is telling (and really fucking stupid).

Because that tells us which emails Trump officials believe involve communications directly with Trump. The KT McFarland email, which we know was written from Mar-a-Lago, is a case in point. Did they withhold that because they believe it reflects a conversation with Trump? If so, then we know that Trump was personally involved in the orders to Mike Flynn to ask the Russians to hold off on retaliating for Obama’s sanctions. It might even mean that the language attributed to McFarland — about Russia being the key that unlocks doors, efforts to “discredit[] Trump’s victory by saying it was due to Russian interference, “thrown elections,” and Obama boxing Trump in — is actually Trump’s own language. Indeed, it does sound like stuff he says all the time.

And given that the emails include “speculation about vulnerabilities of Trump nominees, strategizing about press statements, and policy planning on everything from war to taxes,” it might even reflect Trump’s own explanations of why — for example — he couldn’t nominate Flynn to be CIA Director because of his ties to Russia and Turkey.

In the wake of his plea agreement, Flynn’s surrogate made it clear that Trump ordered him to carry out certain actions, especially with Russia. That’s likely a big reason why, in the wake of the Flynn plea, Trump’s people are now squawking that Mueller obtained these emails, emails that may lay out those orders.

Heck. These emails might even reflect Trump ordering Flynn to lie about his outreach to Russia.

Maybe that’s why Trump’s aides have promised to demand Mueller return the emails in question.

All of which is to say, there are things about these emails that explain why this attack is coming now, beyond just a generalized effort to discredit Mueller. The attack is designed to discredit specific avenues of investigation Mueller clearly has in hand. And those avenues reveal far more about the seriousness of the investigation than anything Ty Cobb is willing to claim to appease the President.

That said, the attack is probably too little, too late.

TONS MORE incl:
1) Trump's team may face obstruction charges for withholding material emails
2) Mueller has far more damning information on Jared than Trump's folks expected

Once you have them, you can delete them, I suppose. But, "return" them? Does the Trump team not have access to them so they need Mueller to sent them copies? What are they even saying when they ask to "return" them? Odd.

The archive for the GSA accounts isn't on someone's personal laptop, pda, or computer - it's at the GSA.

And they don't even need a warrant for any particular .pst folder in the government archives.

This Administration was clueless during the transition and did nothing to cover their tracks. Mueller has all of it and has been building the strongest cases possible.

I think even those on this board will be shocked when everything comes out.

The "Trump transition team" made no effort to cover their tracks during the campaign either. Why should they start after Trump was elected? What a bunch of idiots they are - truly! We need to see these emails and we need to know the complete truth. Mueller will make sure we get it.

They know he is guilty of what they themselves would call TREASON if any democrat did it.

If any democrat did this there would be teams of deplorables, 20-30 on each teamn, thousands of them, deployed to hunt down and END any democrat who did this.

Said democrat could hide in a cave on Mars and not be safe., but if a republican does it, they dont even notice.

I think a lot of the Trump voters are (or were) willfully blind. Once they see stuff maybe it's going to change people's minds.

The Russian bots have been going crazy with right-wing nutcase tweets lately - for the last two weeks. People don't realize it's the Russians that are doing a lot of this, and therefore they're fooled into thinking it's all Americans who are doing it. We have to find a way to convince people to not be fooled by this shit.

link: https://crooked.com/article/trump-transition-officials-waived-privacy-rights-per-government-memo/

It's all right there, they signed the memo waiving privacy rights. This is a standard memo that (I'm sure) everyone has to sign before they get assigned a Government email account. It's just standard stuff, and I'll bet they all forgot they signed it.

The linked story explains how journalist Brian Beutler came across it when researching a different story. There's no executive privilege here, not even "fake" executive privilege.

I refer You To an OP by H20 Man

“It is possible – even likely – that there may be some fascinating leaks from members of the intelligence community in the upcoming weeks. There is a system that was set up for this long ago, as everyone who has paid attention since the early 1970s knows. And this system is capable of putting groups and individuals outside of the White House in check.

And so now we come to those who started or spread rumors about a new indictment. The majority are probably good people, who sincerely want to see the Trump administration removed from power, and incarcerated. Younger people in particular might be prone to wanting things wrapped up immediately (compared to older folks who remember Watergate and Iran-contra).

Still others might be internet journalists who got ahead of themselves with their predictions. They know that there is a storm brewing, and can be forgiven for thinking that today would bring fireworks. But keep in mind that none of the corporate journalists had predicted anything for today.

Finally, be aware that there are rat-fuckers, intent upon creating confusion and worse. This includes those who purposely spread false rumors on the internet, because they know it can be like a penal institution, where any rumor twice repeated is accepted as fact. Their purpose can include getting good people's hopes up, thus causing disappointment with Mr. Mueller when the anticipated indictment fails to be filed.”

says it all.

The speculation is that there may be leaks in the future.

We have been reading on a many times daily basis that either Mueller is going to be fired or that everyone in the Trump administration is going to jail. So far, none of those things have happened.

Most of the "internet journalists" aren't journalists at all, just someone with a computer and an internet connection who likes to throw shit out there.

I'm tempted to alert on every single OP that is this sort of pure speculation, but I won't. Mainly because I am not the kind to alert on anything. No matter how dumb I think it is.

her own expertise to make educated supposition as to what might be transpiring based upon available facts. She doesn't claim to know anything beyond what has been made public. She's simply drawing conclusions and attempting to explain her assumptions to those who may not have her unique point of view.

I have no idea how valid her viewpoint is, but she does readily issue corrections when additional information becomes available or errors are pointed out to her.

1) Mueller gets ALL the emails from GSA.

2) Mueller get partial set from transition team.

3) Mueller conducts interviews with many members of team.

4) Team cross-checks questions Mueller's inquiry asked them and realizes he has all the emails.

5) They leak that and claim "executive privilege". There is only one person they could apply it to: Trump.

6) That means that those are the incriminating emails tRump read or wrote.

7) That is how Mueller knows what Trump knew and when he knew it.

It's logical inference and from publicly available info. But it took a smarter man than me to put it together and write the article. Logical inference you can follow too like I did above.
