I could advise Paul Ryan on how he might win his next election?

The House Intel Committee wants to end their investigation at the end of this month. Can they do that without the approval of the Speaker of the House?

If Paul Ryan let them all stop their investigation and then appointed a brand new committee that was committed to finding the truth and doing their job of oversight, then he would probably be much more popular back in Wisconsin? He might even have a chance of winning the next election?

But, he's not that smart.

Also, he's not that honest.

2. Your advice depends upon Ryan being innocent of wrong doing, taking no money from the Russians.

Not knowing anything about the Russian scandal in real time.
Not helping with obstruction of justice.

My guess is that if the tax giveaway passes, Ryan will be rewarded with a position as a lobbyist. His wife was formerly a lobbyist.

And, as others have pointed out, he's probably not innocent of wrongdoing. Nor does he have a shred of decency.
