Not sure why he'd challenge Begich, since they pretty much agree on everything. If he does run as an independent, I'm guessing that he'd only be doing it to make sure Begich lost-it's possible that, for some twisted reason, he blames the Begich family for his own humiliating loss to Lisa in 2002(a race he should have been able to count on winning solidly).

As a "Democratic" governor, Tony Knowles did everything he could to rodent-copulate his own party...and if this is what he does in '14, he still seems to be at it.

Not sure what the Dems ever did to him to deserve this treatment.
