New Cosby accuser: 'Do you remember me?'

Source: CNN

(CNN)Heidi Thomas has one question for Bill Cosby, "Look me in the eyes. Do you remember me? Do you remember me?"

Thomas says she has held a secret for 30 years. Now, for the first time, she wants to be heard.

Her secret is one that may sound familiar as she adds her name to the list of more than 20 women who have spoken out to various media outlets about allegations of sexual misconduct by Bill Cosby...snip

Thomas says her career was picking up in 1984, but she was questioning whether she wanted the lifestyle of a model. That's when the call came from Annie Maloney, an agent with JF Images, who told her there was a very important person in the industry who was "looking for young talent that he can mentor."...snip

If true, Cosby wasn't picking up random women at bus stations (but maybe that too) ... he was being 'fed' names/photos/contacts with younger-ish ladies trying to get into the modeling/tv industry. Who all was serving these potential victims up to him, and were they aware of his "interests"?

JUST ASKING.

were sending young women (young men?) to other people , too. I don't think it was Cosby that kept these women silent so long, but rather an entire culture. Haven't we all heard the term "casting couch"?

Not to exonerate Cosby, but to express a hope enough comes out to stop all this.

I think a lot of fraternities have cleaned up their act, and sport teams seem to be making the shift, too. "It's on us."

all these women carrying the burden of their personal recovery from sexual assault by such a powerful and popular icon.

I don't expect him to admit what he's done. Most abusers won't.

My abuser still tells his children (my nieces and nephew) that I "seduced" him. Two of his children believe him, because the alternative--acknowledging their father is a child molester--is just too difficult.

There was one guy who claimed a while back we were piling on Cosby because he wasn't liberal enough.
