Judge rules Wisconsin abortion law unconstitutional

Madison — A federal judge on Friday struck down a Wisconsin law requiring doctors performing abortions to get hospital-admitting privileges, concluding that the measure was enacted to bar women from getting abortions.

U.S. District Judge William Conley, who earlier had put the law on hold, ruled that the 2013 law is unconstitutional. He issued a permanent injunction blocking its enforcement.

Planned Parenthood and Affiliated Medical Services had sued the state, arguing the requirement will force AMS's Milwaukee clinic to close because its doctors can't get admitting privileges.

Madison attorney Lester Pines, who argued the case for Planned Parenthood, said it was clear from the 93-page decision that Conley did not consider the matter a close call. "This was an overwhelming victory for the rights of women in this state," Pines said late Friday.

we find ourselves passing shitty legislation that we end up spending money fighting in court with very little doubt that the shit is going to be deemed unconstitutional. Sick fucks in my state government. Idiocy is a compulsion for these subhuman alecbots.

Do nothing, and divert the mess they created in the state by there corruption of being bought and paid for by oligarchies funded campaign funds from both inside the state and from outside corrupt special interests by putting forth bills to attack privacy and other programs (voting, decertification's of the 50+1 majority rule in both the public and private sector unions, EPA, ect.....)
The Smoke and Mirrors right wing political agenda, millionaires and billionaires getting tax breaks, the millionaires working for the millionaires and billionaires getting tax breaks, and then there are the suckers (middle class---what's left and the poor , the right wing ideologues taking it on the chin), thinking they are getting the same thing and treatment like the billionaires and millionaires---hey Wisconsin have you figured it out yet, I know some of you have, but the others well that needs to be called into question your information sources---I mean really, have you seen or read about the state of Kansas, your newspapers should be comparing your state with them to get all of you on the same page---and its not good, all you have to do is look at Minnesota your neighbor
