BALTIMORE (AP) A judge has ordered a county sheriff's office to release information about the officers involved in the asphyxiation death of a man with Down Syndrome.
The Frederick News-Post (http://bit.ly/1HOKhtQ) reported Tuesday that U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephanie A. Gallagher issued the ruling in the case of 26-year-old Ethan Saylor. Saylor died after being forcibly removed from a movie theater by deputies in January 2013.

The sheriff's office argued that certain information was protected by confidentiality laws, but Gallagher later ruled some of the information should be provided.
