Hes back.
Gregory S. Duncan a truant when it comes to court and a bruiser when it comes to people who defend gay friends is in the Douglas County Jail.
He will be sentenced Wednesday for committing a hate crime in the Old Market and this time, hell be at his hearing, barring a jailbreak.
After Duncan skipped his last sentencing hearing May 13, Judge Leigh Ann Retelsdorf issued a warrant for him. He was picked up last week, apparently in the Omaha area.
Duncan, a part-time Kansas City and part-time Omaha resident, faces up to five years in prison.
