that Walker throws people under the bus on a regular basis. Most of the time, they are his enemies. But he will betray people of his own party when it suits his agenda.

I don't know how he gets away with it. He must have dirt on everyone. I hope some people get brave enough to stand up to him. I won't care if they are Democrats or republicans. The man has to be stopped.

As to if, Robin Vos was a sycophant or a handler of Walker.
Vos is just one of the throw away pieces of Scott Walker's political armor.

There are several I have identified as probable pieces of sacrificial armor.
Both Kleefisch's (the Lt governor, and her husband the Assemblyman from the 38th district(Oconomowoc)). Rebecca Kleefisch is the figurehead in place when shit happens during Walker's run for Washington. Joel Kleefisch is famous for voting for absent members of the state assembly while on camera, and allowing a wealthy donor to ghostwrite proposed changes to the State's rules for child support (to protect his wealth by allowing judges to only consider up to $150,000.00 when determining child support).
Alberta Darling (State Senate 8th district) Partisan voter who's name keeps coming up attached to bad provisions in the new budget.
Stephan Nass (Senator 11th). Leading the charge against the University of Wisconsin system for Scott Walker. Openly opposes Liberal Arts, and over supports business courses. Will be the one to pay political costs when alumni lash back at Walker (protecting the appointed board members).

Probable Handlers of Walker
Leah Vukmir (Senator 5th). National First Vice Chairperson of Alec (as a woman, She shares vice-chair duties with a male from Iowa). Elected with the help of a flood of out of states campaign contributions. Serves in state Joint Committee on Finance.
John Nygren (Assembly 89th) Assembly appointed Co-Chairman of the Joint Committee on Finance. Wisconsin States chair for Alec.

The Koch repubs own Wi. They control the Assembly, the Senate, and the Supreme court thereby making Walker bullet proof. They fuss and fuss in public, but when they go home they drink the Koch supplied kool-aid, count their Koch supplied campaign money and sleep the sleep of the contented. They know their districts are safe as long as the vote the ALEC way.
