MIAMI (AP) A Florida man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to stealing classified documents while working at a U.S. military base in Honduras.
U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra sentenced 34-year-old Christopher Glenn of West Palm Beach last week for violating the espionage and computer fraud acts.
According to court records, Glenns crimes occurred while working as a computer systems administrator at Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras. He pleaded guilty in January to willful retention of classified defense information, computer intrusion and conspiracy to commit naturalization fraud.
Glenn conspired with his wife, 28-year-old Khadraa A. Glenn, to commit naturalization fraud for her benefit by fabricating documents and submitting them to the immigration services. She previously pleaded guilty to naturalization fraud conspiracy and was sentenced in October.

There were only two possible motives for a South Florida man who stole important military secrets, a judge said Friday: He wanted to make money or he wanted to damage the United States..
Federal authorities say they still don't know exactly why Christopher Glenn, 35, whose most recent address was his mom's 55-and-over condo in West Palm Beach, violated national security.
But U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra sentenced Glenn to 10 years in federal prison for what he called "very serious" crimes.
. . .
Glenn's troubles are not over.
Federal authorities are still investigating allegations that he was involved in the sexual exploitation of underage girls in Honduras, according to court records, and he could still face more criminal charges related to those allegations in the U.S.

VICE News - ?Jul 31, 2015?
On Sunday, June 17, 2012, a contractor named Christopher R. Glenn accessed a classified computer network at the US military's Joint Task Force-Bravo (JTF-B) in Honduras and began stealing defense secrets.
Glenn, a civilian systems administrator, amassed onto his hard drive copies of more than 1,000 email messages from the inbox of JTF-B's commander, along with several email attachments. Those included "Key Issues" papers on Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain, along with reports on "Strategic Seminars" in which the Pentagon anticipated threats and responses. Many of the files were classified Secret.
At 1:55pm, Glenn overrode system safeguards and burned all the files onto a DVD. At 1:59pm, he erased the Windows log entries tracking his actions. He then shut down his computer.
Glenn would later admit to authorities that he took the DVD home, uploaded the files onto a network storage device, and encrypted them. Prosecutors believe he eventually allowed two foreign nationals, identified in court records only by the initials A.A. and Y.A.E., to remotely access the files.
