Wisconsin to join lawsuit to block Obama greenhouse gas cuts

At the request of Gov. Scott Walker, Attorney Brad Schimel said Monday he would join a group of other states and file a lawsuit against the Obama administration's plans to cut greenhouse gas emissions.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced details of what it is calling its "clean power plan," which aims to reduce carbon emission by 32% from below 2005 levels by 2030.

"Yet again, President Obama is taking unilateral action and overstepping the limits of his authority to pursue a political agenda," Walker said in a statement.
...........Wisconsin joined a group of other states that filed suit against the EPA over the carbon emissions reduction plan. The states said that Obama administration exceeded its authority.
The suit, however, was dismissed by a federal appeals court on technical grounds, and now expected to be quickly resurrected.
Obama's plan became a point of controversy in the 2016 presidential race, with Hillary Rodham Clinton voicing her strong support and using it to criticize her GOP opponents for failing to offer a credible alternative.
"It's a good plan, and as president, I'd defend it," Clinton said................

We generally agree on a lot of things 
he drinks different water, and breaths different air, and eats different food than everyone else on the planet and then to top it all off he is bankrupting the state, just like the other whiz kids Christie, Brownback, on the top of the list
