Crews Rushing to Prepare for Trump

Source: WKRG (local Alabama news)

Crews were out all night Thursday at Ladd Peebles Stadium getting for Donald Trump.

The Presidential hopeful will be holding a huge rally at the football field Friday after demand outpaced capacity at the civic, where officials were originally planning to hold the rally.

Trump campaign officials said Thursday evening that 36,000 people had reserved seats for the event.

Some believe it will be the biggest political rally this season.

“On the democrat side, especially with Hillary, you have had some really big crowds but I can’t find anyone that has done over 25,000 thus far for this season,” said political strategist Jon Gray. “But Mobile Alabama could be the largest Republican Presidential rally thus far in the season.”

The Rally begins Friday evening at 7 p.m. but gates open at 5 p.m

“On the democrat side, especially with Hillary, you have had some really big crowds but I can’t find anyone that has done over 25,000 thus far for this season,” said political strategist Jon Gray.

Bernie is the one bringing in the crowds. And he got 28,000 at his rally in Portland, Oregon just last week.

It costs a tremendous amount of money to run third party. That's why they are marginal in our elections. Last to do it and get a decent number of votes was Perot in the 90s and he was a billionaire.

All the Koch brothers can do is donate $2700 each. Trump and Perot could do it because you can use unlimited funds when drawing from yourself. The Koch effort was to be in Super PACs in support of various candidates. That would not work with a third party because of the tremendous expense of getting on the ballot in the 50 states. The Kochs' would not be allowed to contribute to those direct costs of running a campaign.

Which is a respectable number, even when the only thing you are counting are morons.

However, he'll insist that all 36,000 showed up.

Because with Trump, a respectable number is never good enough for his ego.

He's worth $4 billion, which is insanely rich, but he'll claim he's worth $10 billion.

"Art of the Deal" was a New York Times bestseller, but he'll claim it was the top selling business book of all time, even though it wasn't.

"The Apprentice" was the number one show on NBC for a single week, and he insists it was NBC's top rated show of all time.

Modesty, and honesty, are not characteristics of Donald's personality.

Bernie is the only one with crowds that big. What a fucking joke !!! And if he looked at Bernie, he had crowds of 27,000 in LA, and 28,000 in Portland.
