Lewis Eisenberg, Major Romney Donor, Accuses Obama Of Demonizing Wall Street

Source: Huffington Post

Lewis Eisenberg, the Florida co-chairman of Mitt Romney's presidential campaign, told The Huffington Post on Wednesday, "In the current atmosphere, the administration has made bankers, and anyone associated with the investment industry, a villain."

He went on to say that President Barack Obama has "turned the 1 percent and the bankers against Main Street."

Eisenberg is a former partner at Goldman Sachs and currently works as a senior adviser at a private equity firm. He made a $25,000 donation to Restore Our Future, a super PAC supporting Romney. Eisenberg also made the maximum donation allowed, $30,400, to the Republican National Committee, he told HuffPost over the phone.

Eisenberg believes there have been "a significant number of times when it's a 'we/they' situation, and it's Main Street against Wall Street. And that's not really the way it is."

the most charitable thing I can say is that they acted like the devil and are just angry at people that point it out.

but I sense that a lot of them think they are angels, and taking the US gov't money was a favor they did for us.

when they stop demonizing unions, school teachers, welfare recpients and poor people.

When they do that, and when they pledge to create 10 million new American jobs in America that pay a living wage, then we can talk.

Street look horrendous.

And then, Jamie Dimon forced to confess his incompetence.

Plus, wasn't it Gingrich who brought corporate malfeasance into the election this year?

to take the Wall Street's side.

Wall Street has been on the shitlist of most people already and coming to its rescue makes Mittens look the priviledged, out of touch with common people person he is.

It may add money to the campaign chest but is a sure fire loser in the election.

Wall Street turned against Main Street long before Obama was a six-year-old kid eating dog meat in Indonesia. Wall Street is Main Street's worst enemy. Always has been, always will be. Don't you dare whine when someone points it out.
