Hillary Clinton and Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh will launch “Hard Hats for Hillary” at a grassroots organizing event at Faneuil Hall in Boston on Sunday, November 29th. “Hard Hats for Hillary” is the coalition to organize the millions of working families in construction, building, transportation and other labor industries and professions to support Clinton’s agenda.

Clinton now has the support of nearly 11 million union members across 15 different national unions who have endorsed her campaign because they share a pro-worker and pro-union agenda that will raise wages of working people, improving the lives of millions of Americans and their families. Mayor Walsh is a member of the Laborers union and former head of the Building and Construction Trades Council of the Metropolitan District. At the event, Clinton will discuss her record of, and commitment to fighting for working men and women across the country.

Hard Hats for Hillary with Hillary Clinton and Marty Walsh
WHERE: Faneuil Hall, 1 Faneuil Hall Sq, Boston, MA
EVENT START: 2:30PM ET
DOORS OPEN: 1:30PM ET

Hillary Clinton will fight back against attacks on unions’ and workers’ ability to collectively bargain and join a union. Clinton supports prevailing wage and project labor agreements and has a plan to get incomes rising again across the board, not just for those at the top, starting with increasing job-creating federal investment in areas like infrastructure, clean energy, and basic research.
