When people refer to Pennsyltucky, they are usually referencing the rural areas of the state. This happened in one of the largest urban areas in the country, smack in the middle of the NE corridor.

The dirtbags who did this are likely from Pennsyltucky. They're also likely to get in trouble back on the farm since there's a lot of meat on a pig's head and it's used for sausage and souse.

I keep waiting to see a united front of Priests, Rabbi's, Ministers of all faiths to speak against this hatred? What are they waiting for? They came for the Jews and no one spoke for them, and millions of Jews were exterminated. I remember a time when depending on which area of the country you lived in, Catholics hated Protestants, Protestants hated Catholics, they were united in their hatred of Jews. They mostly kept their hatred to themselves unless united within a group. Things changed only when individuals moved or families moved to other parts of the country that held various faiths and cultures and we learned to accept and appreciate each others differences. What changed? When someone's life is not going the way the dreamed.......no job, bad job, bad marriage, bad kids, bad days, they have a need to hurt someone, anyone, so they lash out to the most vulnerable. The Narcisissts, like Donald Trump who uses his wealth and a free microphone to feed his need for adulation from those needy people. No one has asked Donald Trump what his Spiritual Adviser is telling him about Muslims.....he claims to be a Christian?

religion to Americans. Most Americans are afraid of it because all they ever hear about Muslims is associated with violence. In fact, that is a mistaken view of the vast majority of Muslimes. But Muslims need to explain their religion, to educate without seeming to proselytize.

There was a time when many Americans were anti-Jewish. It's just ignorance about the religion that makes them feel that way.

Also, we need a clear understanding with all religions about the meaning and importance of religious tolerance in our country.

Religious tolerance is one of the bases for living together in peace in our country. We all need to inform ourselves about the beliefs and customs of other religions and respect their right to practice their religion as long as they do not hurt others or impede the right of others to practice the religion of their choice.

Tolerance is a wonderful thing. But to be really tolerant, we have to understand what we are being tolerant of.
