“Hillary has demonstrated for many years her exemplary ability to lead in the face of real challenges,” Davis said at the time. “We need someone like that.”..................

No doubt, you need to tell yourself that; otherwise you'd be compelled to analyze her support in a rational and objective manner... and a good, juicy bias falls often falls apart if doing as much.

Sucked up tons and tons of money nationally that could have been used in winnable elections, ran a mediocre-to-bad campaign, got clobbered (or perhaps "thumped&quot in the general election, and then rode off into the sunset with a pile of money and a book deal, appearing only to throw out red meat to us true believers in return for a reliable stream of money from suckers.

So, no, I stick by her being the Ying to Palin's Yang.

Amazing! I made the argument that she (and Barbara Buono) wasn't able to win, and was castigated here for not standing up for "real" progressive candidates, no matter what it cost.

(and FWIW - DGA -didn't- give her "tons and tons" of money; I know because I asked).

Almost nothing is worse than a candidate with no chance at winning who sucks up all the money and attention.
