Ted Cruz Endorses Far-Right Pastors Plan To Rescue Black People From Sexual Immorality
by Kira Lerner Dec 10, 2015 8:00 am
WASHINGTON, DC Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz believes that a majority of violent criminals are Democrats, and that theres a war on cops leading to increased crime rates across the country. Black Lives Matter activists are demanding that presidential candidates address racial inequality and discrimination. On Wednesday, a Cruz-endorsed minister famous in extreme right-wing circles offered a glimpse into how President Cruz might tackle those issues by steering people toward churches and private sector groups to restore cultural and sexual morality to inner cities.
Buddy Pilgrim, Cruzs national director for faith and religious liberty, endorsed Christian minister and former Tea Party politician E.W. Jackson Sr. on Wednesday, promising Cruzs support for Jacksons plan to rescue Americas inner cities from the new epidemic of black on black violence and murder.
This is exactly the kind of initiative that is needed for this country to help resolve the problems in the inner city and throughout our country, Pilgrim said. I know that if Senator Cruz were to become president of this country
hed work with Bishop Jackson and other ministers like you to help create an environment where these kind of faith and business sector solutions can be implemented.
The absence of a caring father causes girls to go looking for love in all the wrong places.
Jackson said he reached out to all of the Republican candidates to support his proposals, but only Cruz has expressed interest in his recovery plan.

(5,191 posts)The bigger the Democratic landslide in November will be, even with potential vote fraud and the Koch Brothers money. The current GOP is making crazy John Birch Society and religious Fundamentalism beliefs their mainstay, even when 70 % of America rejects such extreme ideas. Brilliant Strategy!

We know how THAT turned out.

(4,113 posts)Part of me says the polling is only done on Republicans and does not reflect the general population, but with all of the money we have in politics these days, we'll see superpac money relentlessly make the Democratic nominee look like a Spawn of Satan and make Trump, Cruz or whomever look heroic and presidential.
I still say Bush will make this "miraculous" recovery next spring and his poll numbers will quickly climb, playing right along with the script all the way to the Republican nomination. And he'll be hailed as this "comeback kid."
And American voters, if they're not complacent, are just plain gullible and hear what they want to believe and will flock to those certain media to affirm those beliefs.

(23,134 posts)All are scary mf's that would destroy our country if elected. Luckily, I don't think any of them have a chance of winning a general election. Repugs should nominate them at their own peril, but then, they aren't in control of the fear machine they've ginned up. It's taken on a life of it's own.
