JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) The latest on a Thursday incident at Arkansas State University in which an armed man drove onto campus, prompting a lockdown (all times local):
2 p.m.
The armed man accused of prompting a lockdown at Arkansas State University has been charged in the incident.
A Craighead County judge set bond at $50,000 cash for Brad Kenneth Bartelt of Jonesboro. Bartelt was arrested Thursday after driving onto the Arkansas State campus with a shotgun.
Bartelt was charged with aggravated assault, terrorist threats, criminal possession of explosive material and carrying a firearm in a publicly owned facility.
