Remaining Oregon occupiers claim FBI has shut down their phones and cut off their Internet access

Source: Raw Story

Four of the Oregon occupiers remain holed up in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and are now claiming that the FBI is cutting them off from the outside world by blocking their phone calls and shutting off Internet service.

According to OPB, David Fry — who has yet to surrender to federal law enforcement — said he can still receive calls on his phone but not call out. He claimed that phones belonging to the other occupiers have become worthless; unable to call out or receive calls as well as access the Internet.

Writing on Facebook, militant supporter and Oath Keeper member Greg Whalen claims he talked with Fry who confirmed the phone shutdown, but added that other supporters who try to call Fry now end up speaking with the FBI instead.

According to Whalen, occupier Sandy Anderson said they have no plans to surrender.

Now, if the terrorists can't use their personal cell and service plans, it's probably because their co-conspirators/fellow keyboard commandos waiting back home didn't pay last month's phone bill to the phone/carrier companies.

Kidlet used to have a Cricket "pay as you go" disposable mobile; if she didn't pay when payment was due, it got shut off immediately - and the only calls or texts she could make was to the billing department or 911.

Good evening. My name is Greg Bretzing, and I am the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI in Oregon.

I am responding to a number of inquiries from the public and the media.

The FBI has not cut off the phone service of the occupiers still inside of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

We advise them to contact their service provider and ensure their bill is paid current.

time to hang themselves with all the internet messages, telephone calls and talks with the media. Documented all their destruction and so far have handled this in as non-violent way as they could.

I hope that they find a way to get these 4 out without violence if they can. If not no one is going to see them in the way they did with Waco and Ruby Ridge.

Once out I want charges for the illegal actions and damages for what they did to our property.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/ct-oregon-militia-standoff-prosecutors-20160129-story.html
The main leaders of the armed occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge have been denied pre-trial release as prosecutors used their own words on social media and videos against them to argue that they were a danger to the community.

Ammon Bundy, the principal leader of the group that seized the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge nearly a month ago, and others used the platforms to summon armed recruits to join their takeover of the refuge.

Court documents against the 11 occupiers under arrest show that FBI agents have scrutinized social media postings, interviews and online talk shows that were broadcast refuge during the standoff that began Jan. 2
