Bernie Sanders: We Win If Caucus Turnout Is High
DES MOINES, Iowa- On the morning of the Iowa caucuses Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders stopped short of predicting victory and said the outcome hinges on the voter turnout.
"It's a tie ballgame, that's where we are," Mr. Sanders said of his race against former secretary of state Hillary Clinton.
"We win tonight if the turnout is high. We will struggle tonight if the turnout is low. That's a fact."
