which blankets nearly the entire state.
You can't hardly drive any direction from the Capital without seeing those little monuments to monthly checks on nearly every farm or piece of property you pass.

I don't have science to back it up, but given the experience in Pennsylvania, pumping fresh water into fracked holes, is bound to speed it's demise.
