A staffer at a troubled Northwoods youth prison has been put on paid leave pending an investigation of the medical treatment of a juvenile who was taken to a hospital this month.

In 2012 a boy was forced to perform oral sex then beaten unconscious. A psychologist at that time ignored a counselor's request to get medical attention until a basketball game was finished, some three hours after the attack. The boy was then placed in an isolation unit.
There were many similar reports forwarded to the authorities over the years.
It reminds many of us of other cover-ups of crimes against vulnerable children.

And your pension continues to accrue.
I'm asking my boss what I have to do to earn "paid administrative leave."

(26,083 posts)Who doubts that racism played a major role in all these crimes against "prisoners" here in WALKER'S Gau, or the termination of Supervisor Townsend? Wisconsin has the leading disproportionate population of incarcerated black men and youth in the USA.
That reminds me of another fact about WALKER when he was Milwaukee County Executive-he contracted with G4S. that's why I often post about them too. The mercenaries.

There is a continual pattern of evil here, directed at vulnerable kids from those that have criminally betrayed their roles as protectors in a totally corrupted system.

Who else has worked with adjudicated/in treatment youth? What would be the most likely outcome for staff involved in an incident like this-amidst federal grand juries, FBI investigations, and whatever Gauleiter WALKER's depleted state Departments and agencies are allegedly "working" on???
