A 39-year-old Florida man has almost as many arrests as years on Earth.

Sam Luciano was arrested for the 34th time over the weekend. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office stopped Luciano early Sunday morning while looking for a stolen car.

The sheriff’s office said he was driving faster than 110 miles per hour when they spotted him in Palm City, Fla. At the end of a high-speed chase, Luciano fled on foot into a “dark muddy wooded area,” the report said. Forty-five minutes later they had apprehended Luciano in the swampy area. He was charged with felony drunk driving, grand theft of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Luciano’s extensive criminal history includes “burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, robbery, fleeing and eluding, battery on a law enforcement officer, violation of probation, possession of drugs, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and causing serious injury or death by failing to stop,” according to a post on the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.

I'm not a supporter of the prison industrial complex, but sometimes, it's a necessary evil. He's lucky he hasn't killed anyone or gotten shot himself.
I don't even need to look at a mugshot to guess what he looks like.

would rather lock up those who partake in a weed. These people also include our front-runner. Remember, every pot smoker you put in prison means 1 more sex offender goes free.

But maybe there's a line somewhere between 3 and 34 where we should say enough is enough.
