Two items discovered on the coast of Mozambique have been identified as debris from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, according to Australian officials. I did sonic testing on the KC-135R, a high performance re-engined military version of the Boeing 707 -- actually the military version came first. This happened in the early 80's and those refueling tankers are still flying, just like some of the Boeing B-52s, a design which goes back to the 50's.

The USA has had several bomber upgrades, the B-58 "Hustler", the F-111, the B-1, the B-2... None of them have outlasted the B-52. Still flying.

As was the "Leper Colony" in 1962, that is until it hare-lipped everybody on Bear Creek.
