Dubya and Darth Cheney say they somehow "accidentally" erased tons of correspondence - where was the outcry from the right then? Until the day when you make pResident Bush and Cheney testify under oath about 9/11, your so-called caring and concern about our country's safety is just fake outrage for political purposes. If Hillary doesn't have anything to hide, she should release them. Otherwise, it just makes her look guilty and will be ammunition for the GOP.

Hillary needs to realize that this election is important, and if she wants to be president, she needs to suck it up and release such to show the GOP that they are wrong. Otherwise, it seems like she is hiding something.

That Hillary needs to win, and she needs to get out in front of the GOP attacks. The GE isn't a primary and she needs to win over non-democrats that may or may not trust or like her to win. She needs to show she isn't 'crooked hillary' and if she hides things and disregards such, she will not win over enough undecided voters.

She isn't just running to get the votes of those predetermined to vote for her.

Those of us (myself included) here at DU don't believe she is untrustworthy, but the majority of America does. She needs to combat that, and if she doesn't she will lose.
