Roger Stone Says There Will Be a ‘Bloodbath’ if Election is Stolen From Trump

Donald Trump has been saying that he expects the rigged political system will deny him the presidency, and one of his closest confidantes says that the ensuing chaos will amount to a bloodbath.
Roger Stone sat with Breitbarts Milo Yiannopoulos, and the two discussed how the general election will almost certainly be hijacked by acts of voter fraud. Several recent polls suggest that Hillary Clinton is even with, if not slightly ahead of Trump, and Stone said that the fix is definitely in, and it starts with the manufacturers for electronic voting machines.
I think we have widespread voter fraud, but the first thing that Trump needs to do is begin talking about it constantly, Stone said. If theres voter fraud, this election will be illegitimate, the election of the winner will be illegitimate, we will have a constitutional crisis, widespread civil disobedience, and the government will no longer be the government.
Yiannopoulos chimed in to say that the best case scenario was that Trump will continue to push buttons politically, and win by a margin large enough to render any tweaking null and void. Stone went on to say that Trump should keep drumming up his supporters against the rigged system, and promise that the government will be shut down if Clinton is pronounced the victor in November.

How strange. Most unusual. etc.
Hey Roger, how is Jerry DeLemus doing lately? You may get a chance to get together and chew the fat with him, real soon.

people keep using the term "voter fraud" which points to citizen voters rather than political hacks "counting the votes" or creating the results..

(264 posts)This is very disturbing. They are telling us that they will not accept a loss in this election. They can feel things slipping away and they will do anything to make their twisted point. I can really see them inciting violence and a goal of driving a even bigger wedge thru this country. This really worries me.

(43,306 posts)It started with the 106 Republican National Security leaders who signed the
letter against Trump in late February or March.
Clearly responsible leaders of all political stripes and particularly the older,
experienced and wiser elements of the State, past and present, have
arrived at a conclusion.
The time to nip this movement which promises violence in the event
of an outcome they don't like - that time is now.
I think that's what we're seeing played out in the press.
The Democratic National Convention drove the nation's political future
right down the middle, if populist on several issues.

(3,283 posts)Looking forward to another 8 years of the right wing lunatic fringe claiming that the president is illegitimate because (in this case) she stole the election through... voting machines? I guess? Despite the fact that Diebold is in the pocket of the GOP?
Holy shit, I can't even follow any more. They're starting early, priming their rabid followers to go bananas as soon as things look like they might not be going the way they want. Dog whistles are done. Hinting, implying, all that subtle stuff, it's all done now. Now it's just out-in-the-open calls for violence from white nationalist men who feel like their country is being taken over by the blacks, the wimmins, the queers, the mooslems, the Mexicans...
What the hell is going on? Why is the media not talking about any of this? Just now (15:30EST 02Aug16) I went to cnn.com and the top story is "DNC CEO to resign." You have to go to the political cartoons to see depictions of angry white nationalists being absurd (thanks to n2doc for all the comics every day, BTW!).
So, for the past 8 years, the far right has been able to justify their treatment of Obama because his presidency was "illegitimate" because he's Kenyan (also Muslim, shhhhhh!) and they're already setting up the excuse for the next 8 years. But they have no problem with SCOTUS selecting GWB in Florida.
I just don't have anything left to figure this out.

This is not 'oh goody, wait for the landslide'. This is serious stuff. This is setting the US up for real and serious bloodshed. I'm not sure you would want to call it a 'revolution' but these guys are setting the stage for Trump-nuts with guns to rebell against the duly elected government. Don't think for a moment that Trump won't call for an uprising to crown him the rightful ruler of the United States of Trumpism. Note the last sentence and think about the behavior of Trumpers at his rallies where he has called for violence. Now think what is going to happen when that segment of the population is told by their Messiah that they need to 'shut down the government, by force if necessary'. Remember, this is they guy that said about the Democratic Convention that he wanted to hit people so hard their heads would spin. Now think what will happen if he directs his 'army of supporters' to 'take out illegitimate 'Crooked Hillary'.
This is getting REALLY scary!

Trump was a carnival act at first. Now he's getting dangerous. Not dangerous like he could overthrow the government but dangerous like people are gonna get hurt if he doesn't stop this sedition.

No matter how bad Don the Con may lose this election, his side will claim it was stolen. It would be a shame if any Secret Service or other government employees are injured or killed dealing with any sore losers.

Scott Roeder didn't have to fight anyone either, he walked into a church, killed Dr Tiller and walked away.
