WAUPACA COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) The Wisconsin Attorney Generals Office tells Target 2 Investigates AG Brad Schimel found no misconduct by the Waupaca County district attorney when it comes to the reduction of drunk driving charges.
Back in May, Target 2 Investigates uncovered dozens of cases where drivers were charged with OWI but ended with just parking or speeding tickets and little to no jail time.
At the time, Waupaca County District Attorney John Snider took responsibility, but couldnt explain why charges were reduced 30 times in five years.
Target 2 couldnt find a pattern of it happening more than a few times in any other part of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin's GOP has the sign out, "Corruption 'R' Us."
Now John Snider will "retire" with a fat pension, plus the kickbacks he got from those drunk drivers.
