Trump Just Flipped Out On Fox And Claimed He Knows More About Foreign Policy Than Obama
Source: Politius USA
During an interview on Fox Newss The OReilly Factor, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump claimed that he knows more about foreign policy than President Obama.
OReilly asked Trump to respond to Obamas comments that Trump is unfit to be president.
The Republican nominee went haywire and answered, I think hes the worst president maybe in the history of our country. Hes been weak. Hes been ineffective. Look at the so-called recovery setting record lows. I guess not since 1949 has there been anything like it. You look at home ownership. Look at what happened as an example; he talks about Ukraine. I believe I know more about foreign policy than he knows. Look at Ukraine. He talks about Ukraine, right? How tough he is. How tough he was with Russia. In the meantime, they took over Crimea, and I understood that. And most papers covered what I said accurately. Some didnt because the press is so dishonest.

(3,040 posts)The big league journalists will never outright question any thing Trump says in an interview because they are afraid they would be blacklisted by Trump.
They care about that precious access to their cash cow Trump more so than their journalistic integrity or ethics.

I bet Trump couldn't answer many of the questions from a SIMPLE citizenship test!

(9,897 posts)What follows is a sample of the current questions for the USCIS civics test:
What is the last day you can send in federal income tax forms? April 15th

When was the Constitution written? September 17, 1787...have to admit I knew the YEAR only...and that it was not ratified then for another year and not by all states until 1790.
How many justices are there on the Supreme Court? Today? 8, legally 9 and the GOP held Senate is currently derelict of their duty to "advise and consent"
Who is the commander in chief of the military? POTUS
If both the president and the vice president can no longer serve, who becomes president? Speaker of the House of Representatives
How many U.S. senators are there? 100, 2 per state

Who lived in America before the Europeans arrived? Peaceful indigenous people who were slaughtered by the millions; most are believed to have migrated across the Bering Straits from Russia/Asia during a previous Ice Age that allowed for ambulatory crossing between the continents
What is the one responsibility that is only for United States citizens? This is misleading....voting and jury duty are restricted to US citizens, as is the requirement for holding the Presidency for "natural born US citizens"...something we are all way too familiar with post-2008...
The House of Representatives has how many voting members? 435
Name one branch or part of government. Executive, Legislative, Judicial
Name one U.S. territory. Guam immediately came to mind...
What territory did the United States buy from France in 1803? Louisiana Purchase

What did the Declaration of Independence do? Declared the separation of the 13 colonies from British rule under King George III
How old do citizens have to be to vote for President? 18

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Office%20of%20Citizenship/Citizenship%20Resource%20Center%20Site/Publications/100q.pdf
It actually has all the answers from above plus another 80 facts/questions...pretty fun quick read!

... is even easier because it's multiple choice.
I took an online test of all the questions a few years ago, and I missed one.
The House of Representatives has how many voting members? 435
I knew the answer was 400-something back then, and I made the wrong choice. (If I had "prepared" for the test beforehand, I would've got that one correct too.)
I would so much like to see how Trump would fare on that test!

(171 posts)I think it's high time that changed.
And while we're at it, how about a rule (or law even) mandating the release of of presidential candidates tax returns. Donald Trump is living proof that we sorely need to set some basic minimum qualifications for the highest office in the land (on the planet?).

But, what Trump does here is tell you why the others are bad not why he is good. and why he is competent and what he is doing to educate himself (NOTHING) - Remember his ghost writer on Art of the Deal - said he is the least intellectually curious person he had ever met and he doubts he has ever read a book.
