Trump visits Milwaukee, to address unrest over police shooting

By Ginger Gibson | MILWAUKEE

(Reuters) - U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, visited Milwaukee on Tuesday, days after the city was hit by unrest over the fatal police shooting of a black man, and said that initial evidence pointed to the shooting being justified.

Trump, who has been vocal in support of law enforcement during a spate of protests around the country over high-profile police shootings, told Fox News that he plans to address the unrest during a town hall meeting on Tuesday in the Wisconsin city.

"It's law and order. We have to obey the laws or we don't have a country," said Trump. "We have a case where good people are out there trying to get people to sort of calm down and they're not calming down and we have our police who are doing a phenomenal job."

Trump held a roundtable discussion on Tuesday afternoon with Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke and Inspector Edward Bailey - but news media representatives were escorted out and not permitted to hear the discussions. Trump took a brief tour of the county's war memorial and posed for pictures with veterans.

Trump frequently talks about the need to restore safety and order in the wake of such unrest. He will hold an event with veterans and law enforcement, appear at the town hall meeting sponsored by Fox News, and then hold a rally in the Milwaukee suburb of West Bend on Tuesday night. ....................

Milwaukee Sheriff Provokes Outrage, Blames ‘Urban Pathology,’ ‘War On Police’ For Police Brutality

Days of demonstrations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin following Saturday’s fatal police shooting have shined a national spotlight on the city’s segregation and police practices—and the city’s infamous right-wing sheriff provoked further outrage Sunday when he blamed the community of the shooting victim for the police violence that ended his life.

Clarke decried “urban pathologies” and a “war on police”—popular right-wing catchphrases—in impoverished, largely black communities for the demonstrations and the shooting that provoked them.

“The urban pathologies have to be addressed to shrink the growth of an underclass,” he said, referring to the community which has suffered through the deaths of many of itsmembers at the hands of police.........................

between our country and another, enable a huge domestic terrorist act, cause some kind of financial push that drives oil sharply up, start the civil war that Timothy Geith - I mean McVeigh, tried to start.

People very well might, as they many times have throughout history, go looking for a daddy to save them.

So him going to places like this and spewing his hate-inspired, cold, and calculating speech, is just a campaign stop.

It's called making money while blood is running in the streets. An age old tactic...

pour gas/gasoline on the fire

To do or say something to make an argument, problem, or bad situation worse;
to further incense an already angry person or group of people.

How can Sheriff David A Clarke be impartial in the meeting above when in July he said this on Twitter

" I am calling on this nation to rise up and speak with one voice in condemning this vile, vitriolic, hateful movement called BlackLivesMatter "

Here is Clarke 's twitter if anyone wants to look at .... No I am not on twitter I just googled his name .
